Noble Foods continues its commitment to developing the next generation of agricultural talent after celebrating the graduation of the latest cohort from McDonald's Progressive Young Farmer Programme.

Among this year's graduates was Ashleigh Yates, who completed a 12-month placement with Noble Foods, gaining first-hand experience across the business and a deeper understanding of the egg supply chain. Ashleigh recently presented her learnings at McDonald's UK headquarters before receiving her graduate certificate.

The programme, which provides undergraduate students with practical industry experience and mentoring from businesses across the agricultural supply chain, has now supported 89 young farmers, moving closer to its goal of helping launch 100 farming careers by 2030.
