Terms and Conditions

• In order to secure this benefit for your business, you must be a free range and/or organic egg producer or a pullet rearer.
• You must also be fully paid up to date with your membership of BFREPA.
• BFREPA members are entitled to claim one free bronze carbon footprinting package per membership year.
• BFREPA members with more than one flock can take advantage of a discounted fee of £95 plus VAT for any additional flocks which require a carbon footprint calculator in the same membership year. 

• The data you provide will be used to calculate the carbon footprint of your flock(s) and to generate anonymised benchmarking data for the British Free Range Egg Producers Association (BFREPA).

• Your data will be collected, processed, and stored securely in accordance with current data protection laws.
• Personally identifiable information (such as your name, contact details, and flock data) will only be accessible to authorised personnel for the purpose of carbon footprint calculation.

• Identifiable data will be anonymised before being used in aggregated benchmarking reports.
• No individual or business will be identified in published benchmarking results.

• By ticking the consent box, you agree to the collection and processing of your data for the stated purposes.
• You acknowledge that your data may be included in anonymised benchmarking analyses shared with the BFREPA community.

• Your data will be retained only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined above, and in line with legal requirements.

• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
